New dog park for Camden Council

Spring Farm Dog Park is now open and ready for pooches!

The NSW town of Camden has just welcomed its fifth leash-free dog park. The new park is located on Burrell Rd.

Camden Council’s other dog parks are located at the Bicentennial Equestrian Park in Camden, River Road Reserve in Elderslie, Rosevale Reserve in Narellan and Clifton Park in Cobbitty. For more information, visit camden.nsw.gov.au.

Dog parks are becoming more prominent in suburbs around the country with councils and residents benefiting from fenced-off leash-free spaces for dogs.

Wollongong’s inner-city MacCabe Park is set to be transformed into a fenced-off dog park by November 2017, adding to their list of dog-friendly parks and beached.

Onkaparinga Council in South Australia is also planning on creating a second dog park at Farmhouse Reserve on Melsetter Rd, Huntfield Heights.

Dog parks are a great place for dogs and their humans to socialise.
