Ruffs Ice Bone

Dogs and their owners may have to look twice as a giant frozen bone will be placed at Bondi Beach to mark the launch of a new refreshing icy treat for dogs.

Nestlé Purina Australia is inviting you and your four-legged companions to Sydney’s iconic beach for the launch of RUFFS ICE BONES on Sunday 8th December 2013.

The giant bone made of ice, stretching over 1.5 metres tall and five metres long, will mark the launch of this innovative new product, which will keep dogs refreshed in the hot summer months.

Free frozen treats will be handed out to visiting dogs, so make sure you head down to Bondi Beach Pavilion from 9am to get a glimpse of what is possibly the biggest doggie bone Australia has ever seen.

There will also be a special appearance from Nestlé Purina Ambassador and animal behaviourist Dr Joanne Righetti, who will provide advice on solving common pet problems.

Dog owners are invited to upload their photos on the day to Facebook/PurinaAustralia and via Instagram using hashtag #ruffsicebones. Follow Instagram/PurinaAustralia to join a competition to win some doggishly good treats for your pooch.
