Tails of Australia is a series of limited edition hardcover coffee table books, professionally photographed by pet photographers in each Australian capital city. The books feature beautiful images of dogs in various locations within cities they live in.

Based in Sydney, Ruth O’Leary is one of Australia’s most sought after dog photographers. She takes colourful and emotive photographs of dogs in stunning locations. Since the launch of Ruthless Photos in 2009 her images have brought tears of joy to hundreds of loving pet owners both here and abroad.

Ruthless Photos owner, Ruth O’Leary, one of Australia’s most sought-after specialist dog photographers, is showcasing some of Sydney’s stunning locations and beautiful canines in a large, full colour, limited edition coffee table book called Tails of Sydney. Her goal is to raise much-needed money for three self-funded animal rescue groups in Sydney.

Ruth aims to raise a total of $10,000 from book sales for three dog rescue groups – Fetching Dogs, Arctic Breed Rescue and Sydney Dogs and Cats Home.
