Dog Tails – Truffle

Welcome to the next instalment of Dog Tails. When clients visit us for studio pet portraits, they often recount the stories of their dogs lives. With each dog being different, so is each story. Some are happy tales, some inspiring, some sad, but each one ends with love as their dog subjects find a place and person to call their own.

In February 2015 we had a visit from James and Anna and their nine week old Border Collie pup, Truffle.

James shares his story with us.

“Truffle came to join us from Melbourne. We had picked him out from early on as he was the most playful and cutest puppy.

Truffle is fitting in very well to the house. Our two cats (Mittens and Moppet) do not think very highly of him and while he just would like to play with them they have other ideas and would prefer to either hide or hiss.

Truffle likes to chew on anything. We thought we had the yard puppy proofed however he was so small when he arrived he could get through the baby gate we had set up to separate him from the cats. Oops!”
